The system that runs our greenhouse.
We started as a farm, and Greenhouse OS is what we built to run it: our own controllers, sealed 3D-printed enclosures and a console that knows every table.

A real farm, since 2018.
Greenhouse OS didn't start in an office. We built it here in Asunción, for the greenhouse we run every day.
- of hydroponic greenhouse
- 650 m²
- heads of lettuce a year, roughly
- 100,000
Every head takes the same road.
Greenhouse OS follows it from the tray to the order.

01
Seed
Seeds start on the germination tables. Our controllers water them at 8:00 and 15:00, and each batch is logged for traceability.
-
02
Grow
Plants move to the intermediate tables, then to the final ones. Misting follows temperature, humidity and dew point, and every table's EC is logged daily.
-
03
Sale
At harvest, each table goes into stock and stock goes out as orders, all in the same console.
One reading moves the whole farm.
Every module reads the same world. When a table's daily EC goes out of range, the change carries down the whole chain on its own.
- ECThe table's daily reading
- HealthThe table's health drops
- HarvestProjected harvest drops
- StockAvailable stock drops
- OrdersOrders see what is really there
TaskAnd if the table gets stressed, the console suggests what to check.
Three parts, all built here.
- The console
- A 3D twin of the site, table by table, with the sun and moon computed for Asunción. Around it: traceability, conductivity, spraying, inventory, orders and tasks.
- The controllers
- Our own ESP32 boards that join Home Assistant over Matter. They water, mist, and update only over the local network.
- The enclosures
- Sealed, designed and 3D-printed here, for humidity held above 85%, condensation and nutrient aerosols.
